We accept returns only under certain circumstances:

  1. If the product is damaged.
  2. In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong product.
  3. If we are unable to process one or more products in your order (you will receive a refund for the specific product(s) we cannot process).

Important Conditions for Returns

     Unboxing Video Requirement:
To process any return request, you must provide an unboxing video that starts right from opening the outer package.

     The video must not be cut, paused, or edited at any point.

     Without a proper unboxing video, we will not proceed with your request.

     Transit Damage:
While we ensure quality packaging, in rare cases of transit damage, we will replace the product.

     The unboxing video and images must be shared on the same day you receive the package.

     Send the images and video via email or WhatsApp, mentioning your order number.
Our team will review your return request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Eligibility Criteria

If your order is approved for return, ensure that the product is:

     In its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

     Returned to the address provided by us.

Our team will inspect the returned product for any defects or variations. If the product does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to the customer.


Refund Process

     Once approved, the refund will be credited to your respective account within 7 working days, depending on your mode of payment.

     Shipping charges are non-refundable.
