Dispatch Time

●     Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.

●     Orders placed on Friday evenings or during government holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

●     Tracking IDs will be shared the following night.

Delivery Time

●     Delivery typically takes a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 7 working days.

●     Slight delays may occur due to unforeseen courier issues.

Important Reminder

●     Please ensure you attend calls from the delivery executive during delivery hours (10 AM – 7 PM IST).

●     If you are unavailable:

○     The delivery partner will make a maximum of 2–3 attempts on consecutive days.

○     If left unanswered, the package will be held at the nearest hub for self-collection or returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases, if reshipment is required, the shipping charges must be borne by the client.
